Lawful basis
Processing is conducted under UK GDPR lawful bases appropriate to credentialing, including contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a standards body, and consent where you opt in to correspondence.
Retention
7 years for examination records; 3 years for marketing enquiries unless longer retention is required by law.
